What happens after you write

We read every enquiry ourselves; there is no queue and no account manager in between. You get an answer from the person who would do the work.

If what you need is outside what we do — and the list of what we do not do is on what we do and where — we will say so in the first reply rather than in the third meeting.

What we do not do

To save you a call: we do not operate security supervision or continuous monitoring. We will design how they should be set up and assess whether they work — but we do not run them.

We do not issue certificates. We are neither a certification body nor a notified body. We prepare you for certification and take you through the audit; the certificate is issued by someone else.

We do not perform penetration tests or threat-led penetration testing. We prepare the organisation, coordinate the process and assess the result; the test itself is carried out by an independent provider.

And one boundary applies everywhere with us: whoever prepared the environment does not assess it as an auditor.

Who you are writing to

The company is registered in Slovakia. Contracts are concluded with IOSEC Slovakia s. r. o. unless we tell you otherwise in writing — where an engagement is delivered by a group partner, we say so before you sign, not after.

Identification details

The company name, registered office, Company ID, Tax ID, VAT ID and the entry in the Commercial Register including the insert number are in the footer of this page — and of every other. Section 3a of the Slovak Commercial Code requires them there, and we keep them in one place deliberately: a detail that appears twice on a website will diverge sooner or later.
